Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that all cancellations are made within 48-hours the date of your booking. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, reschedules or cancellations outside of the stipulated time frame. In the case of a chargeback dispute, all services  are considered completed in full, if you do not attend your appointment. By checking the box below, you confirm that you understand and agree with this policy.


Most orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping out. Most orders ship from our store to your door in 4-7 days. If you need your items in less than 7 days, then please select the shipping option that is best for you at checkout. 

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/FedEx transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. However, we will work with you to try and resolve any issues you have with USPS/FedEx. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/FedEx along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/FedEx. SHIPPING UPGRADES like "Signature Required" and "Pick Up at USPS/FedEx Location" are available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

Return & Exchange

No refunds allowed. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, minus restocking fees, shipping and handling charges.
