To reschedule, of cancel and receive a refund, please email arturbantn@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance of the date of your reservation. **Reschedule Requests:** - More than 48 hours before the reservation date: Reschedule requests made more than 48 hours prior to the reservation date can be accommodated without any additional fee. - Less than 48 hours before the reservation date: Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date will incur a 50% reschedule fee.
