Cancellation Policy
Guests should plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before their appointment time to allow for check-in and instructions. To reschedule, cancel, or receive a refund, please email arturbantn@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance of the date of your reservation. Refund Cutoff Example (48 Hours Notice): For example, if your appointment is on a Saturday, the cutoff to contact us in writing (email), and remain eligible for a refund is Wednesday by 11:59 PM. Any cancellation request received after that time would not qualify for a refund. Reschedule Requests: More than 48 hours before the reservation date: Reschedule requests made more than 48 hours prior to the reservation date can be accommodated **without any additional fee**. Less than 48 hours before the reservation date: Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date will incur a 50% reschedule fee.
